  • Check-out and Check-in Data: In order to verify attendance, we gather employees' current position (latitude and longitude) at the moment of check-in and check-out.
  • For attendance, take a selfie: In order to take a selfie during attendance, we need access to a camera. No third parties are given access to this photograph; it is solely utilized for internal records.
  • Personal Data: At the time of enrolling, employees supply information such as their PAN, Aadhaar, email, mobile, and user IDs. Only the relevant employees and authorized persons within our organization can view this securely stored data.

  • We don't sell, give away, or exchange any personal information with outside parties.
  • For administrative purposes, this data is only accessible to authorized employees of our organization.

  • We permanently remove an employee's data from our records when they leave the company or resign.

We need the following permissions to make sure the app runs properly:

  • Camera Access: To take a selfie in order to confirm attendance. There is no other application for this; it is only utilized for attendance purposes.
  • Location Access: To track attendance, employees' locations are recorded during check-in and check-out.

Workers are entitled to:

  • access the personal information we have on file for them.
  • Request that their info be updated or corrected.
  • When you leave the company, ask to have your data deleted.
